General Information
Yes. Our evening shows and brunches are for adults 21 and over only, no exceptions. These performances are created for mature audiences and may contain adult humor and content not suitable for all ages. However, during our Family Day events (check our calendar), the show is All Ages and G-rated — perfect for kids, families, and school groups.
We accept the following unexpired IDs only: state-issued driver’s license or ID, passport, green card, or government-issued ID (e.g., military).
We’re open Monday through Saturday. Doors: 7 PM. Showtime: 8 PM. Closing: Monday–Wednesday at 11 PM, Thursday at 12 AM, Friday–Saturday at 1 AM.
We also host a monthly Sunday Boozy Brunch show and occasional Sunday evening or holiday weekend events. Sometimes we’re closed for private events — please check our calendar or call before visiting. Office hours: Monday–Friday.
Yes! You don’t need to buy a seat to enjoy the show. Standing room is usually available in our bar areas.
Our box office is cashless, so please bring a credit card for admittance.
Doors open at 7 PM, and the show starts at 8 PM. Please arrive by 7 PM to enjoy food and drinks before the show.
If your party hasn’t checked in by 8 PM, we may release your seats to walk-in guests.
If you walk out on your tab, an 18% service charge will be assessed to your credit card. We do not charge minimums on food or drinks.
Our vibe is casual and fun! Jeans, shorts, and comfortable attire are welcome. Shirts and shoes are required at all times.
The best way is to purchase all tickets in one transaction. If that’s not possible, each person can buy their own ticket and write your party name in the note section during checkout. Make sure everyone selects the same seating option.
Write your request on a napkin and hand it to your server with a tip — the pianists work through the stack all night. The bigger the tip, the sooner you’ll hear it, and our performers can play just about anything.
Yes! Military, Police & First Responders: free standing-room cover on Fridays with valid ID, plus free seats Monday–Thursday. Use code ISERVE at checkout and show ID when arriving at the show. Spouses also qualify with proof of ID.
Food & Drink: 20% off during evening shows for all qualifying guests (seated or standing). Seats must be purchased at full price, but the 20% off food & drink still applies.
Free admission passes are valid for standing room only in bar areas and can’t be applied toward seat purchases.
We do everything we can to perform regardless of weather, but safety comes first. If you can’t attend due to dangerous conditions, contact us at 301-602-2209 or info@bobbymckeys.com before showtime to reschedule. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
If we cancel due to weather, you’ll be notified immediately, and refunds will be processed within 24 hours.
